Logging In

All Price College faculty and staff are eligible to reserve a study room in Price Hall. To logon to Price Hall Study Room Reservation System:

1.       Click on the “Faculty/Staff Login” button at the top right corner

2.       A window will pop up to prompt you for authentication 

3.       If you are using Windows XP, type "sooner\your 4X4" as your user name, and then type in your password

4.       If you are using Windows 2000, type in your 4X4 as your user name, then your password, then type in "sooner" as the Domain
 

If you receive an error while trying to log in, please first check to see if the logon information is typed in correctly and that the Caps Lock is not on. If the problem persists, please call PCB Tech Center at 325-4476, or come to Price Hall Room 1030 for assistance.

Using the System

After you log in, you will see a list of all your reservations made for the semester. For each future reservation, there is also a “Cancel” button attached for you to easily cancel if needed.

To reserve a room:

1.       Click on the “Reserve a Room” button

2.       This will navigate you to the reservation page.

3.       You’ll then be presented with a calendar for the current month

4.       Use the left and right arrow on the calendar to scroll to the desired month

5.       Click on the desired date within the desired calendar month

6.       A grid with the availability for all the study rooms and time slots will show up on the right. Only the time slots marked with “Available” can be reserved

7.       Click on the “Available” link of your desired start time and study room, pick the end time, then click on the “Reserve” button below to reserve the room

 

Please note that the maximum length of one reservation is 2 hours but there is no limitation placed upon the number of reservations that you can make.

Note also that there is a Recurrence checkbox on the reservation panel. By clicking on this checkbox, you can make a recurring reservation (e.g., every Monday, or every Friday, etc). You will then be brought back to the “My Reservations” page. On this page you can view confirmation that the reservation you just made has been added to the reservations list.

Once you have finished with your reservation, click on the “Logout”  button at the top right corner of the page to log out of the system. It is advised that you always log out of the system when working on a public PC.
